As a member of “Judy Bourn School of Dance” in Hartville, Ohio, she won hundreds of high score awards and titles as a soloist and group performer. Later, she was a member of the Cuyahoga Youth Ballet and studied at Ohio State University summer intensives. Jessica continued her dancing career in New York City while attending Fordham University Lincoln Center campus. Graduating from The Ailey School of Dance and studying under renowned regional and national teachers and choreographers at the Broadway Dance Center all prepared her for her years as a professional dancer; working off-Broadway and regional dance productions.
In recent years, Jessica has choreographed nationally ranked award winning group and solo dances and was a guest choreographer in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to teaching recreational dance, Jessica works for Millard Public Schools as a High Ability Learner (HAL) Facilitator, Reading Intervention Specialist and Math Facilitator. Jessica is the mother of 2 kids, Jonas (6) and LueLue (4), and is married to her husband Scott.
